Presentation night for Ribblesdale Wanderers bowlers

Ribblesdale Wanderers Bowling Club recently held their presentation night at the Calf’s Head in Worston.

The bowling members enjoyed a lovely carvery meal before the presentation, and a game of play your cards right to finish a very good night off.

Trophy winners over the season were: Blackburn League - Alan Dewhurst, Great Harwood A - Alan Dewhurst, Great Harwood League Merit – Alan Dewhurst.

Ribblesdale Cup – Alan Dewhurst, Chase Templman Trophy (Whalley) – Alan Dewhurst, Great Harwood B – Bill Slinger, Hyndburn A – Pat Holt, Hyndburn C – Mel McNally, Veterans A – Eric Wallace.

Veterans B – Peter Clough, Veterans’ Memorial – Martin Rimmer, Norman Niven Trophy – Mark Graham, Harriet Aubin Trophy – Lillian Tomlinson, Move-it-Doubles – Alan Trelfall and Duncan Niven.
