Current Clarets youth player of the year Cameron Dummigan has put pen to paper on his first professional deal.
The Northern Ireland U19 international has signed a two-year deal with Burnley until the summer of 2016, subject to FA clearance.
Lurgan-born defender Dummigan, 17, has been an integral part of the club’s Development Squad this season, and was on the bench for the first team games against Watford and Southampton.
Clarets boss Sean Dyche said: “We are delighted to sign Cameron on a first senior deal.
“He is one of a number of young players on their career pathway, and we look forward to working with him over the coming years.”
