Clarets striker Sam Vokes has today been called up to the Wales squad for their friendlies against Northern Ireland and Ukraine.

The striker who has scored 13 goals this season, most recently against Huddersfield Town last weekend has 37 international caps for Wales and will be hoping to make an impression on boss Chris Coleman ahead of EURO 2016 in France this summer.

The Dragons play Northern Ireland at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday, 24th March at 7.45 pm before their trip to the NSK Olympiyskiy Stadium, Kiev to take on Ukraine on Monday, 28th March at 7 pm.
