Pro-Future junior football team win title at first attempt

Pro-Future Under 10s have won the Accrington and District Junior Football League at the first attempt!

The side, based at Oakhill Academy, Whalley, won 16 of the 18 games they played, scoring 78 goals and only conceding nine throughout the season.

Lewis Gregson finished top scorer with 29 goals and Tommy Davies finished with 16.

Oliver Wiggans won the most man of the match awards for the side.

The team (pictured above, s) are also in the cup final against Wilpshire Wanderers Blue at Clitheroe FC’s Shawbridge ground on Sunday, April 29th, and finished as runners-up in the East Lancashire Football Alliance.

Pro-Future are looking for a kit sponsor for next season.
