Burnley have unveiled Michael Jolley as their new Under 21 team manager.
Jolley began his coaching career at Crystal Palace in 2003 before moving on four years later and going on to gain valuable experience at Nottingham Forest, Falkirk, Lincoln City and, most recently, Crewe Alexandra.
The 37-year-old is one of just 16 coaches globally to hold the FA Elite Coaches Award, and is looking forward to helping nurture the future Turf talent.
He said: “It’s obviously a great time to be joining the club with them going towards the Premier League.
“There is a lot of good work going on underneath that so I’m looking forward to it.
“Working at Crewe Alexandra who are notorious for bringing through young talent under someone like Dario Gradi is a fantastic experience for any young coach.
“Hopefully I can apply some of the things I have learnt there here at Burnley.”
