A resounding 8-1 victory in the final game of the season over a spirited Lango side enabled Rimington Reserves to add the league runners-up spot to their Craven Cup success.
Luke Conti put Rimington in front within 23 seconds, and soon added a second, only for Lango to pull a goal back on the half-hour.
The second half saw Rimington step up a gear andplay some of the best football of the season.
Further goals from Conti (3) and the talented Ben Westhead (3) completed the rout.
Rimington look to have a promising future with a solid base of young players capable of challenging for further honours.
