BRIAN Jensen’s testimonial year is set to begin in earnest with a Race Night With A Difference, on Tuesday, in the James Hargreaves Stand’s executive suite.

Tickets are £10, including a pie and peas supper, for an event which will see a host of Jensen’s teammates from the decade compete in a number of special games - including blindfold penalty shootout, Happy Gilmore, nearest the pin, crossbar challenge and head on the brush, all on the pitch at Turf Moor.

Jay Rodriguez is expected to make a return to Turf Moor, along with the likes of Ade Akinbiyi, Robbie Blake, Danny Coyne and Graham Branch.

The evening starts at 7-30 p.m.

• SUPPORTERS can now take advantage of extended hours to buy tickets for home matches via the telephone.

Tickets for games at Turf Moor are now available for purchase via 0871 2211914 (option 1) from 9-15 a.m. to 7-30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 9-30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

• BURNLEY Football Supporters Club: Hull City, depart Colne bus station 11 a.m., Nelson bus station 11-10 a.m., Queensgate 11-20 a.m., Turf Moor 11-30 a.m., Tim Bobbin 11-40 a.m., Rawtenstall noon.

Barnsley, depart Colne bus station 4-30 p.m., Nelson bus station 4-40 p.m., Queensgate 4-50 p.m., Turf Moor 5 p.m., Tim Bobbin 5-10 p.m., Rawtenstall 5-30 p.m.

It is intended to run a weekend trip for the game at Brighton, departing Turf Moor on Friday, February 22nd, staying at the Holiday Inn, Brighton for two nights, at £160 per person, based on a twin room, sharing.

A £60 deposit is required.
