THEATRE OF DREAMS: Burnley's Youth Team will be playing at the home of Manchester United

BURNLEY’S youth team will run out at Old Trafford on Friday, December 7th for their FA Youth Cup third round tie against Manchester United.

It was expected that the tie would be staged at Altrincham’s Moss Lane ground, where United’s reserve and youth teams play the majority of their home game.

But instead, the young Clarets will take to the stage at the 75,811-capacity Theatre of Dreams.

The youth team’s league game at Bury, scheduled for December 8th, will now be played at Gawthorpe on the 15th.
