Last 5 GAMES: Wolves have only one win from their last five games, coming in an away 1-0 victory over Blackburn.
Two 2-1 defeats; at home to surprising high-fliers Crystal Palace and away to Huddersfield, along with a 2-2 draw at Bolton add to a disappointing month for Wolves. Their most recent game, at home to Charlton, saw a lacklustre second half where the struggling London side managed to salvage a point, with the game finishing 1-1.
Form: Away from Molineux, Wolves have not drawn, with the team winning three and losing three. The club currently sit in 8th, one point off the play-offs and four points above the Clarets who are in 14th.
Top-Goal Scorer: Sylvan Ebanks-Blake leads the goal-scoring charts with six goals in 14 appearances, closely followed by summer signing Bakary Sako who is one behind with five in 11.
Last Meeting: The last meeting between the two sides saw Wolves out on top as they won 2-1 in the Barclays Premier League. Poor defending from Tyrone Mears, not getting enough power on a header back to Brian Jensen, allowed Matt Jarvis to intercept and walk the ball into an empty net. A cruelly deflected shot left Clarke Carlisle with an own goal just after the restart. Substitute Stephen Thompson scored with 17 minutes left to spark an unexpected revival, with fellow substitute Robbie Blake striking the post and narrowly hitting over in the dying minutes, however the Clarets ran out of time before they could find an equaliser.

Wolves Team News: First choice goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey is fighting to regain his place after a long-term cruciate ligament injury. Jamie O’Hara is still out with a hernia injury that has kept him out since March. Winger Razak Boukari is edging closer to fitness, but remains a doubt for Saturday’s game.
Burnley Team News: Left-back Ben Mee is available again after missing the defeat at Cardiff through suspension. Danny Ings could be fit to start after playing the last 20 minutes at Cardiff and starting for the development squad against Barrow.
