It was delightful to hear young Grace O’Malley again serenading the Chelsea Pensioners in London.
Her choice of music was perfect for the rapt audience and included classical favourites, songs from the musicals (I particularly liked her duet with a pensioner of “Some Enchanted Evening”) wartime hits and even some Elvis.
Grace performed with an assurance and style far beyond her 15 years. She looked a million dollars! It was no wonder those assembled responded with a standing ovation.
She has just released an album “Enchanted” for PETAL, a childhood cancer research charity, and has what it takes to have a very bright future in the world of song.
