Flower CASH - Whalley Parish Council has confirmed donations of £500 towards the Britain in Bloom Competition and the Best-Kept Village Competition, should they take place. Additional lengthsman hours could be negotiated.

The lengthsman will be asked to renovate wooden benches near the post office after a complaint about their condition.

A “no ball games” sign is to be placed at Proctors Field.

Right cards - Winners at Whalley senior citizens’ social evening were: Whist, Ladies – P. Woof. Gents – J. Whitehead. Dominoes: J. Hull, H. Hardy.
