Four high profile chefs will compete in a “War of the Roses” night at the Freemason’s, Wiswell on Thursday, June 5th.
The culinary event will feature two chefs from Lancashire and two from Yorkshire. Score cards will be handed out to guests for the six-course dinner at the beginning of the evening, outlining each dish and the ingredients, with points for each course and each region will then compete to secure the title.
The Yorkshire team consists of James Mackenzie from The Pipe and Glass Inn, South Dalton, and Charlie Lakin from The Marquis at Altham. The Lancashire team comprises Steven Smith from the Freemasons and Paul Askew from Hope Street Hotel.
