Grammy award winning pianist Bill Laurence will line up with a string of magnificent acts for the Ribble Valley’s 7th Jazz Festival.

More than 40 bands and 350 musicians will take to the stage for the four-day event across the May Day Bank Holiday weekend (April 28- May 2)

Laurence will kick off the event for a special presentation of his forthcoming third album, ‘Aftersun.’ on April 28; decorated BBC Proms’ jazz singer Claire Martin OBE will also be headlining on April 30.

Giant of the UK jazz scene, Courtney Pine, will make his debut appearance in Clitheroe with a special, intimate concert at The Grand, in duo with award-winning pianist Zoe Rahman

The superb programme of ticketed shows also includes a night of jazz/funk with the Hackney Colliery Band, at the St Michael and St John’s Parish Centre, Clitheroe, on Saturday, April 30th.
