There was a night of celebration and praise at Whalley's Oakhill School.

Pupils, parents, staff and governors gathered for the annual prize giving and special guests included the Deputy Mayor of the Ribble Valley Coun. Richard Bennett and businessman and charity stalwart Bill Honeywell who presented the prizes.

Subject awards, scholarship prizes for year sevens, academic and effort awards were handed out along with a seletion of Duke of Edinburgh bronze and silver awards, prizes for notable achievements, inter house trophies and Mathematical Trust awards.
