plans have been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council for outline approval for a new residential housing development of 12 homes at Billington.
The scheme would involve three terraced and nine detached properties (four affordable and eight market housing), including access way and turning head to LCC criteria, and a new access to new foul water pumping station (existing pumping station to be demolished) on land off Dale View, Billington.
Comments on the proposal (number 0065) must be made to the council by tomorrow.
