Members of Clitheroe Youth Forum have been recognised for their work to compile a remembrance and braille book dedicated to local servicemen and women killed in action.

The Late Princess Diana National Youth Award was presented to the youngsters at Clitheroe Town Hall on Monday. This award also recognises the Forum’s work to put together a website listing all those who fell from across the Ribble Valley.

Clitheroe Mayor Coun. Kevin Horkin presented the awards and said these were well deserved and an honour for the group to receive such an accolade.
