VOTE: Should we have a vote now on staying in Europe?

Prime Minister David Cameron has promised a simple “in or out” referendum on the UK’s membership of the European Union... provided his Conservative Party is voted into power at the next General Election, most likely in 2014.

Critics say that amounts to bribing the British public, who should be given a referendum now on such a key issue, regardless of who wins the next General Election. What do you think? Have your say in our vote to the right.
