RELIGION: Langho children celebrate decade of liturgy

A DECADE of children’s liturgy was celebrated at a church in Langho.
The 10th anniversary of the project, which helps youngsters to understand God and his teachings in an interesting and exciting way, was marked with a special Mass at St Mary’s RC Church.
And many of the children who have attended the liturgy sessions over the past 10 years went along for the event. Fr Leo Heakin led a special service and the children and parents who organise the liturgy sessions, had created a collage of photographs.
Fr Heakin said: “It was a wonderful event and so nice to see some of the children returning, many of them are now 16 and over.’’
