Drink-drive ban for Ribble Valley chef

The head chef at a Ribble Valley hotel failed a breathalyser test as he drove home from work.

Blackburn magistrates heard that James Cebrero had been under extra pressure on the day because his sous-chef had got married at Mitton Hall Hotel and he had been cooking for his own “team”.

Cebrero (38), of Ulswater Road, Preston, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. He was fined £300 with £100 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
