Door-to-door inquiries as police hunt Sabden sex attacker

editorial image

the hunt for a sex attacker at Sabden went door-to-door this week.

Police were speaking to villagers to try to jog memories about the hooded attacker who dragged a 14-year-old girl into an alley off Padiham Road on Monday morning last week and tried to tear off her trousers.

He was wearing dark jogging pants, a dark hooded top, brown gloves and trainers, and had a deep voice with a local accent.
