Clitheroe Chess Club needs players

Next Tuesday, January 22nd, Clitheroe Chess Club will have three teams playing matches at the Brown Cow in Chatburn, but it urgently need extra players.

If you can play chess and would like to play in a league match, then please contact Brendan Brown on 07800830531. The matches start at 7-30 p.m. and each player has one hour and 15 mintues to make their first 35 moves.

For those interested in playing, but perhaps not ready to compete, Clitheroe Chess Club meets each Tuesday at The Brown Cow in Chatburn from 7 p.m. For more information phone the number above.
