Ban for drink-drive Chatburn man

CHATBURN man William Reid (44), of Downham Road, was fined £320 with £100 costs and banned from driving for 19 months by Blackburn magistrates after admitting driving with excess alcohol.

Reid gave a reading of 167 against the legal limit of 80 in blood after being stopped in King Street, Whalley.
