Licensee to face accusations of using threatening behaviour and obstructing police officers

Allegations against a Clitheroe licensee have been further adjourned by Blackburn magistrates.

Beverley Louise Knight, (48) of Keystreet, Lowergate Clitheroe, is accused of using threatening behaviour towards four police officers and intentionally obstructing the same officers when they were exercising their right of entry into Keystreet on July 12th when they believed the premises were being used for a licensable activity.

The case was adjourned until Monday, December 21st.
