A PLANNING application has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council for the conversion of detached double garage to a dog grooming studio business with single-storey extension to front and internal alterations, including new windows and doors.
Comments on the proposal at 1 Woodlands Park, Whalley (number 0021) must be made to the council by January 28th.
