PUPILS at St Mary’s Primary School Langho relished the challenge to design this year’s Christmas card for local motor dealership Perrys Mazda, of Blackburn.

With more than a hundred entries, it was a tough task for the team at Perrys to choose just one winner and runner-up from both the infants and juniors.

Marketing manager Katie Dugdale commented: “We received some excellent entries, very creative with lots of designs showing that St Mary’s definitely has some budding artists.”

after much deliberation they chose juniors winner as Bridie Pennington with Chloe Jameson as runner-up and the infants winner as Daniel Burton, with Scarlett Verity as runner-up. They all received toyshop received vouchers and had their designs produced as Christmas cards. All the entries are on display at Perrys Mazda in Blackburn and anyone who would like to call in and see them is welcome to do so.

Katie Dugdale added: “Perrys Mazda Blackburn would like to thank all the children at St Mary’s Primary School, Langho, and also Headteacher Mrs Janet Malone, for the opportunity of working with the school.”
