Bolton-by-Bowland CE Primary School was celebrating double success having recently undergone an inspection by OFSTED and received glowing reports.

As a church school, Bolton-by-Bowland was also inspected by the National Society Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools’ Team and was delighted to be found “outstanding”.

The SIAS inspector Mrs Lynne Gillions reported that Bolton-by-Bowland CE Primary School through its distinctive Christian character is outstanding at meeting the needs of all learners. The inspector also reported that the impact of collective worship on the school community is outstanding.

Mrs Stansfield Headteacher said: “The staff, parents, pupils and governors are delighted that both the inspection teams recognised what an excellent School Bolton-by-Bowland is!”
