Police are appealing for help to find a 43-year-old woman missing from her home in Great Harwood.
Amanda Wells has been missing from her home in Blackburn Road since 11-30am on Monday.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are urging anybody that has seen Amanda or knows of her current whereabouts to contact them.
PC Jenna Millward said: “Amanda is vulnerable as she suffers from mental health issues which require medication. It is unusual for her to be missing for this length of time and I would ask people to be vigilant and to report any sightings of Amanda to police on 101.
“We believe she is likely to be in the Accrington or Haslingden area.”
Amanda is described as being around 5ft. 5in,, of large build, with short dark brown hair and a ruddy complexion. She was last seen wearing a cream cardigan, black skirt and tights and a navy blue jacket.
