Clitheroe Youth Forum members earn Duke of Edinburgh Awards

CLITHEROE Youth Forum’s very own “magnificent seven” have earned their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Six of the young men – James Barnes, Jordan Rawcliffe, Jack Truelove, Zac Robinson, Reece Kennedy and Thomas Stirzaker – were presented with their awards by the Mayor of Clitheroe, Coun. Sue Knox, who praised their dedication tom achieving the bronze standars. The seventh, Jordan Atkinson, was unable to be at the sepcial ceremony, which was also attended by Gannon Gaja, from Lancashire County Council, and Mel Diack MBE, chairman of the Youth Forum.
