Generous Clitheroe folk have been delivering food parcels to the needy in time for Christmas.

Clitheroe and Ribblesdale Rotarians, together with Clitheroe Lions, Round Table members and Clitheroe Town Mayor, Coun. Mark French, took time out of their busy schedules to hand out 260 food parcels on behalf of the Mayor’s Charity Fund.

The parcels, filled with essential tins of food, went to those living alone in the Ribble Valley who are over the age of 80.
