More than half of the new homes on Taylor Wimpey’s Low Moor Gardens development in Clitheroe have now sold, the developer has announced.
A year on from its launch, the development of around 50 new homes has experienced ongoing success which, the developer says, is due to a fantastic response from local home-seekers looking to benefit from a range of financial incentives.
Anthony Mansfield, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester said: “With a selection of excellently presented four bedroom detached homes on offer, buyers will only really appreciate the incredible amount of home available for the money if they come along and experience the development for themselves.”
“With Help to Buy, eligible house-hunters can reserve any home at the development with just a 5% deposit. Thanks to a government equity loan of up to 20%, buyers then only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.
“A considerable number of purchasers on-site have already taken advantage of schemes like Help to Buy.”
