Pub operator Ribble Valley Inns, established by Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft, has reported excellent trading figures for December 2013.

RVI CEO Wayne Chapman said: “We are delighted to report that our LFL trading stood at 15.5% throughout the December trading period.

Our teams did a fantastic job and we served over 20,000 covers in this busy period.

“We opened on Christmas Day for the first time and this proved to be an extremely popular decision, with excellent feedback from our customers.

“These excellent trading results follow on from the acquisition of our fifth pub in Cheshire which we are looking to refurbish and open in early June, with further acquisitions in the pipeline.”

RVI consists of The Three Fishes, The Highwayman, The Clog and Billycock and The Bull at Broughton.
