SUCCESS STORY: Danielle Crowther, whose company has been shortlisted for the 2011 Red Rose Business Awards.

LOVE TO Brand, a young Clitheroe company currently relocating to Stanley House, Lowergate, is already celebrating its first business success after being shortlisted for the Lancashire Business View Red Rose Awards, 2011.

The company is making its mark supplying promotional merchandise to businesses throughout Lancashire, offering everything from branded pens to personalised shoe shine kits.

Founder Danielle Crowther (28) spotted an opportunity and grasped it with both hands.

After entering the company for this year’s Red Rose Awards, Danielle was delighted to learn she had been shortlisted in the Start-up Business of the Year category and is keeping everything crossed for the awards ceremony, on March 31st in Blackpool.

“Within my first 18 months, I have managed to win some amazingly high profile clients across Lancashire, taken on my first member of staff and relocated to our first business premises.

“I’m really proud to have achieved all this and grown by business quickly and organically, despite such a harsh economic climate last year and from a standing start, with no capital or outside investment.”
