Application to build four new homes in Chatburn

AN application to change the use of land at Chatburn Village Motor Company in Sawley Road and build four three-storey houses on the site has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council’s planning department.

Other plans submitted include the proposed change of use of the beauty salon at 2A Whalley Road, Hurst Green, to a café/tea room.

An application has also been submitted to create an accessible and sustainable composting toilet facility externally to the rear (north) of St John’s Church, Shire Lane, Hurst Green.

In applications for Clitheroe, there are plans for the proposed change of use from class A1 retail use into two self-contained ground floor flats at 116 to 118 Bawdlands, Clitheroe.
