The issue of housing in the Ribble Valley has been a real hot potato in recent months.

This new plan for more than 1,000 new homes - complete with a school and shops - is the latest to be submitted to planners.

The would-be developers say it makes economic and planning sense but residents are up in arms over the idea, saying it will transform the town beyond recognition.

What do you think? Vote now and have your say below ... the vote results and best comments will be featured in next week’s Clitheroe Advertiser & Times.
