Stanley House Hotel, Mellor, has appointed a manager of its brand new luxury spa.

Janine Bradley (27), who lives in Grimsargh and is passionate about her Lancashire roots, has joined the award-winning Stanley House team. She brings with her more than 11 years of experience managing spas across the North West, most recently the Malmaison in Manchester.

Speaking about her appointment, Janine said: “I feel so proud and privileged to be a part of the new offering at Stanley House. Since the successful launch last month, we have welcomed lots of guests, from those who have come to pamper themselves to people who have used our facilities as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of their busy working week.”

She added: “It’s difficult to come here and not fall in love with its opulent interior and panoramic views. I am very much looking forward to making it a huge success.”

Stanley House Hotel general manager Philip Wharton added: “We are really pleased Janine has joined the team and welcome her knowledge of the industry.

“Our vision is to create a rural escape for guests from across the UK. We believe Janine is best placed to ensure our strong reputation in customer service is matched in the new spa facility.”

The luxury spa is the only one in the North West to offer exclusive 100% organic products from the Ila range, with other luxury brands also available at the spa. It opened at the end of September and was part of a multi-million pound expansion of the Stanley House estate.

The spa offers lavish treatment rooms, relaxation rooms, a thermal suite and a hydro pool, a purpose-built double treatment suite and a unique Finnish sauna offering panoramic rural views. It also has a Pilates studio and gymnasium.
