WITH homes ready to be occupied in time for Christmas, Rowland Homes is opening the doors to three show properties at Barrow Brook Grange on the edge of Clitheroe.

Prices at Barrow Brook Grange start from £227,495 for a three-bedroom Elmbridge with open plan kitchen and dining room, separate lounge and downstairs cloaks. As with all new homes within the development, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite to complement the family bathroom. The four-bedroom Bowes is available from £274,995, while the Renishaw, also with four bedrooms, is priced from £299,995.

“Buyers could even find that with the help of part exchange they’re able to move this side of Christmas,” added Sam. “They won’t have to worry about getting caught up in a complicated chain and could move in just four weeks. They could even let people know their new address when they send out their Christmas cards.”
