AN outline application has been submitted to Ribble Valley planners for a development on land to the north of Barrow Brook
Business Village at Barrow.
The application, with all matters reserved, is for up to 13,000 sq.m of mixed use business, general industrial plus distribution and storage employment floorspace with access and assorted landscaping.
Other applications include:
•An outline application for a proposed residential development on land off Dale View, Billington. The plans are for 10 properties (seven open market and three affordable). The proposed development includes the construction of an access road and turning head to Lancashire County Council criteria, the construction of garages and creation of garden areas.
• Full planning permission for the proposed change of use from a public house, bike hire and dwelling to hotel, bike hire and dwelling at The Dog & Partridge at Tosside.
• Full consent and listed building consent to construct a ramp for access for people with mobility problems at Salem Congregational Chapel, Martin Top, Rimington.
• Change the use of the existing West Bradford Methodist Church, Chapel Lane, to a single dwelling home. Solar panels to the south-east elevation and roof lights to the north and south elevations.
• Full consent for a proposed static caravan/lodge park on land at Southport House, Sawley.
