The curiously-named Magic Hat Ensemble will perform at the next live music gig hosted by Ribble Valley Jazz and Blues Club.

It takes place at the club’s usual venue at the Atrium Café Bar, Clitheroe Castle, on Thursday, November 1st, at 8 p.m.

Featuring Steve Chadwick on tumpet, the Magic Hat Ensemble boasts an enviable line-up of talented and award winning musicians with their own unique take on the great American songbook. For more information visit their website at: www.magichatensemble.co.uk.

The Clitheroe gig is open to all and tickets will be available on the door priced at £10 (£8 for club members, students and under-16s half-price). There is a licensed bar, food available and ample parking.

The next club gig at The Atrium will be a 12-hour Jazz Marathon in aid of Children In Need on Saturday November 10th, starting at 11 a.m.
