GLITTERY Christmas hedgehogs were one of the bestsellers when The Emporium Interiors, in Moor Lane, Clitheroe, held its Christmas Preview event.
From traditional reds and greens to modern sparking silvers and diamonds, the Christmas Preview has become something of an institution at The Emporium and marks the countdown to Christmas for many Ribble Valley residents.
The day-long event offered fabulous festive displays and delightful decorations, as well as gift ideas and amazing accessories for the home, including snuggly throws and cushions for those cosy evenings in.
The crisp autumnal day set the scene perfectly as shoppers came and went sipping mulled wine and sampling delicious cakes, before heading upstairs in the evening for a live performance from Gemma Louise Doyle.
Christine Lee, Manager of The Emporium Interiors, said: “It takes a lot of preparation behind the scenes to get ready for Christmas Preview, but it’s always worth it and this year was no exception as the event was a huge success.
“We began ordering the stock last January and everyone worked really hard in the weeks running up to the event to make sure everything was ready on the day. Customers were rummaging through the boxes as we were opening them and so many people are delighted to see the return of the Christmas hedgehogs, they really were the star of the show!”
