LETTER: Pound Shop poem

I READ the letters’ page of the Padiham Express (Friday, October 19th) and the “Pound Shop Rage” by M. Latham, an “old duffer”, of Burnley.

When I read the poem I had a really good laugh. It was a true image about the centre of Burnley in recent times, and it was well written.

When are you thinking of writing a book? I will be the first to buy one.
