HOLLINGSWORTH Patricia The family of the late Patricia would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neigh- bours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and letters and cards received as well as help and offers of help in coping with our sad loss. Thanks to Canon Rodney Nicholson for his kind words and moving funeral service, Dr. Ibbotson and the other doctors, district nurses and receptionists of the Castle Medical Group for their unstinting care, understanding and rapid responses over the last few months. Also thanks to the excellent carers of Domiciliary Care Services and support from Marie Curie and Macmillan Nurses. Thank you also for donations to the Castle Medical Group District Nurses Fund. To the Calf’s Head, Worston and to Jean, Carl and Pauline for all funeral arrange- ments.
