Eric Walmsley : Acknowledgement

WALMSLEY Eric F.R.I.C.S. Chris and family thank their dear friends of 20 years Canon David and Val Mewis for their invaluable help in arranging Eric’s funeral while Chris was in hospital. Thanks also to Rev. Gill Mack for conducting the funeral service, Gerald Mack for playing the organ and David for the wonderful eulogy. Thanking also the Church wardens and everyone involved for the unforgettable Service of Thanksgiving for Eric’s long life and to Liz for the beautiful wreath for Eric’s coffin. Finally thank you to everyone for the beautiful cards and for donations for the ongoing maintenance and repair of our beloved St. Peter and St. Paul’s Church, Bolton-by-Bowland. Our appreciation also goes to Dr. Alan Crowther of Pendleside Medical Practice for his care and kindness along with Carl, Jean and Pauline for all funeral arrangements.
