Shoplifter does a disapperaing act - again!

A CLITHEROE woman who had "gone off the radar" for 12 months after being charged with shoplifting did another disappearing act after Hyndburn magistrates bailed her to wait in the court corridor.
Mary Breckel (46), of Lowergate, admitted two charges of shoplifting dating back to April 2007 and magistrates bailed her to wait in the court corridor so she could be interviewed by a Probation Officer, with a view to a community penalty.

But when the case was called back on, Breckel had left and the magistrates issued another warrant for her arrest.
